What this game stores

Play Roadster runs entirely in your browser. It saves your unlocked stages and best time per stage in your browser's local storage, separately for Easy and Hard mode. This data never leaves your device and is not synced. Clearing your browser data removes it. Replays exist only in page memory and disappear when you close the tab.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and play, which stages they reach and where visitors come from. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, game events (stage started, completed or failed, demo viewed, challenge link copied), approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics may set cookies. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default and no analytics cookies are set. Advertising

Play Roadster is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense: occasional full-screen ads between runs, and an optional ad you can choose to watch to skip a stage you are stuck on. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure them, and may personalise ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used. You can manage ad personalisation in Google Ad Settings, and learn more in how Google uses cookies in advertising.

What we do not collect

There is no account, login or game server, and we do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Share links

Challenge links contain only the stage number, difficulty and language.

Changes

If the way we use analytics or advertising changes, this page will be updated first.

Independence

Play Roadster is an original fan-made arcade game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any car maker or space company. All vehicles and scenes are drawn in code; no brand logos or official footage are used.
